Frozen Pipe Damage

During the snow storm this year a pipe behind the sink of this home on the exterior wall ruptured due to the freezing weather. The home was vacant at the time and the owners were out of the country; leaving their kids in charge of checking in on the home. Because of the amount of time the water had been sitting this job turned into a complete demo. We removed all the wet drywall along with all the flooring. Once the those materials were removed we were able to start the drying process by using fans to circulate the air and setting up dehumidifiers to pull moisture out of the air.
