Vacant Commercial Building
This building experienced a storm and that led to extensive water damage. The before photo doesn't show damage like you would expect but when you look to the right at the after photo you can see how much of the structural materials were removed. When materials get wet you start to notice what's called wicking. Wicking happens when moisture seeps into materials that are in direct contact with water. Wicking spreads the damage and will continue as long as the materials are not dried and or mitigated. Call SERVPRO of East Vancouver to make it "Like it never even happened."
