Water Damage From Faulty Plumbing

We received a call from a local homeowner regarding water damage to their rental property. The homeowner was showing potential tenants around the property when he realized the bathroom was full of water from a broken pipe. SERVPRO arrived and worked hard to stabilize the home by extracting water and moving any porous material out of the way. After the home was stabilized we began removing any wet materials that we could not save such has drywall, insulation, and vinyl flooring. Once the demo was completed we set up our drying equipment until everything was within dry code and then we completed the restoration of the bathroom as well.
